How to handle a declined payment?
If a card payment is declined, this can have many reasons. The most common reason is that the customer does not have enough money or that the CVC code is not given correctly.
The details must be checked before the purchase is made. Also, there should not be too many failed purchase attempts, as otherwise your transactions could be blocked.
Alternatively, you can also try to register your card with Apple Pay or Google Pay and then pay with these methods. We may also support another payment method from your country.
